For a cosmetic product, the toxicological character, chemical structure and exposure levels of the product components are the evaluation report made on the finished product, taking into account the specific exposure characteristics of the target audience or region to which the product will be applied. It should be prepared by a person with a pharmacy diploma or by a person who has a diploma of medicine, dentistry, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology or equivalent, who has a certification given to people who complete the theoretical and applied curriculum program offered in the field of toxicology or cosmetic product safety assessment. As of 27.08.2018, it is obligatory to submit the UTS “Safety Evaluation Report” section of the Safety Evaluation Report for the products (imported products) imported from abroad to the product tracking system to the product tracking system.
