Downstream users or distributors under the EU REACH will be importer under the UK REACH.

Downstream users under the EU REACH must notify the Agency related to a substance to import the substance into the GB market.

There is a time limit for notification. It should be made within 300 days after the end of the transition period (28 October 2021). Full information must be submitted within 2,4 or 6 years plus 300 days by the end of the TRANSITION PERIOD.  The time limit depends on tonnage band and hazardous properties of the substance.
