Before cosmetic products desired to launch to the Gb market,notification has to be done via the submit cosmetic product notification service. Responsible person can notify cosmetic products.

Responsible person can be a manufacturer, the importer, the distributor and the appointed company or person. Cosmetic products have already notified in EU system(CNPN) before 1 January 2021, responsible person  will notify  using the UK's submit cosmetic product notification service to transfer notification from EU system to GB system until 31 March 2021.Notification process is different for  cosmetics in Northern Ireland.
